Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free standard shipping within Canada over $30.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal service issues, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Luxavi is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@luxavi.ca and we’ll assist you right away.
