The sealed bottle protects the oil, and the wooden cap controls how fast the scent comes out. That's why it lasts 60 to 90 days, depending on heat and airflow. When the scent feels light, tip the bottle upside down for about 5 seconds to re-wet the cap. Don't shake it.

Hanging or vent: which is better?
