Refund & Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review the policy below for full details. 

RETURNS 

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To request a return, please email our Customer Service team at support@luxavi.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Once you have your RMA number: 
1. Place the item securely in its original packaging. 
2. Include your proof of purchase. 
3. Ship the return to:

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. 

REFUNDS 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow up to 2 business days after receipt for processing. 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 7 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you via email once your return is processed. 

EXCEPTIONS 

For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. 

PLEASE NOTE 

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- Items returned without an RMA number may be refused.
