How long does a Luxavi car diffuser last?

Each diffuser lasts 60–90 days, depending on driving time, weather, and how often you tip it. Warmer months and frequent driving increase diffusion.

Can I return or replace a product?

If your bottle arrives damaged or leaked, we’ll replace it right away. For unused diffusers, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How do I use the hanging diffuser correctly?

Unscrew the cap, remove the plastic stopper, screw the cap back, hang it upright, and tip for 10–15 seconds and then upright for 5 seconds and then repeat once to activate. Later, tip the cap for 5 seconds when you want a stronger scent.
Why does the scent feel lighter after a few weeks?

Your nose acclimates to familiar scents (olfactory fatigue). The diffuser may still be projecting well, you just notice it less. A quick tip of the bottle re-activates the wood cap and boosts intensity.
